Hey guys, I started recently trying to improve my basketball skills since I started dropping some weight and thought it would be a good exercise to help me keep the weight off. I'm not the best player so I was looking around online to help me out (The internet helping?...) and I came across something offering a whole array of different types of workouts. My roommate is an avid weight lifter, and my other one is looking to join us. I told them all to check http://Workoutpass.com/ and we decided to go ahead and split the cost and I do not think there was a better investment.
In a matter of time, we were looking up new routines we could do at the gym, not only for all of us, but for each of our individual needs. I was able to incorporate new basketball workouts. The avid lifter found a lot more workouts he could throw in to help him get out of his "plateau", and we found a great beginner workout for my other roommate. http://Workoutpass.com/ gave us instant access to every workout you could imagine. Basketball, Football, Boxing, Body Building, Losing Fat, Toning Up, Specific Men and Women routines, Sprinting, MMA fighting. Even if you travel...no weights? Not a problem! They have many workout to suit your needs.
After about a month using our new routines, I was able to see significant increases in vertical leap (5 inches), speed, and agility just due to the new basketball drills I was doing. I incorporated some boxing with the use of speed bags and punching bags which has helped me tone as well. My beginner roommate incorporated some toning up exercises (all he wanted to do....lame) but was able to see his weight drop 7 pounds in the month while still putting on muscle. But my other roommate (the lifter) was outdoing all of us. He was able to push his way out of the plateau, and put on 5 pounds of muscle. He saw significant gains in a lot of workouts just by altering them with the new information he had at hand. He said it was probably the greatest investment he made since his weight lifting days, due to insane amount of different workouts. Just imagine the affect of having multiple workouts at your disposal.
With so many workouts in the palm of our hands, the past month was incredible! With the ability to be looking at the greatest bulking method as well as shifting to speed and quickness drills to help tone up and kill off fat, we all dropped a decent amount of body fat. And I'm pretty sure the beginner is hooked with the fact that not every day will be so repetitive, which was his supposedly original turnoff *cough*lazy*cough*. I know this has been an awesome investment for me and my roommates and maybe it can help you out with whatever sport or exercises you might be looking for, be it increasing your vertical, 40 time, agility drills, gaining muscle, toning. IF YOU EVER WANTED TO BEA FORCE IN A SPORT OR JUST FIND A ROUTINE TO FIT YOUR NEEDS, IT'S RIGHT HERE! ANYTHING YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE!
